Customer Engagement

Engaging with Customers is absolutely crucial to Direct Health. By listening to feedback we are able to develop our services to ensure a better all-around experience of the care and support we provide.

We are always looking for new ways to improve our services, and engage with customers in numerous ways, through quality questionnaires, phone conversations and face to face meetings such as our Customer Engagement forums.

We operate an 'open doors' policy at all our branches, and we encourage Service Users and their family members and carers to come along and leave feedback at any time.
